collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Basko mobile
application (the "App", package name com.probey.basko). By using the
App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

- Account information — such as your name, email address, and phone number when you create an
account or sign in.
- Delivery details — your delivery address and any instructions you enter to receive your
orders.
- Order information — the items you add to your cart, your order history, and reorder
preferences.

- With your permission, we collect your device's approximate and precise location to set your
delivery address and show accurate delivery ETAs.
- You can grant or revoke location access at any time in your device settings. The App will continue to
function with manual address entry if location access is denied.
c. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — such as device model, operating system version, app version, and
basic usage events used to keep the App stable and improve performance.
- Diagnostics — crash logs and error reports to help us fix issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
- To determine your delivery location and estimated delivery times.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the App.
